The Birth of The Mother is not an ordinary event in the history of the universe. It is a Divine Event destined to initiate the next evolution, Evolution 2 as Satprem calls it. As The Master describes us, Her descent into physical is an answer to the “world’s desire”. Of all the times I was thinking about the terrorism, the time of Mumbai Terror Attacks was not only the recent but certainly was the most intense. I was in Mumbai for a very short time to start my career. Then returned to my comfortable home state of Karnataka. But I still miss Mumbai very much. Recently i met an ardent of Devotee of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo here in Bangalore. During our discussion he tole me that he is of the opinion that Sri Aurobindo's Yogic experience is recorded in Savitri in "The Book of Yoga", but not from Book 1 Canto 3 and in Book of "Traveller of the Worlds".
This confused me a lot. because i was more inclined to the opinion that Sri Aurobindo's Yogic experience is narrated by Him in the early part of the Book, and He calls for the Divine Mother to descen…

Last three days probably we have always beeen concerned, discussing, thinking about the terror attack on Mumbai. i myself worked in the great city of India, for two years and know it dynamism very well. for me personally the city very close because it is in mumbai i started feeling the presence of The Mother around me. and an attack on mumbai certainly got me worried and i have been offering prayers to The Mother. the difficult time seems to be over by now.
