Please tell us something about yourself.
I am a Ph.D. research scholar, in BharathiarUniversity, Coimbatore doing research entitled "Effects of Yoga on psychological and psycholoical aspects of primary school teachers."
I am a regular Yoga practitioner of ISHA and a volunteer of Isha yoga.
Interested to go deeper in more Yoga practices.
