Spiritual realisation - 3 factors identified by the Mother

- Yes certainly Savitri is a mantra of mantras. However, to very same Mona Sarkar Mother has spoken about Prayers and Meditations too. For this Integral Yoga, the study of Prayers and Meditations is infinitely more important, fruitful and even easier than Savitri.
